Termini & condizioni
Per tutti gli alloggi di Casa Bonta si applicano le seguenti condizioni generali e di prenotazione.
Con la stipula di un contratto di prenotazione mediante il pagamento (o acconto), queste condizioni generali e di prenotazione di agriturismo Casa Bonta diventano effettive e sono accettate da entrambe le parti, locatario e locatore. Queste condizioni sono state create per tutelare i diritti e i doveri di entrambe le parti e per evitare eventuali delusioni.
Price and Payment Conditions
- The prices of our accommodations are based on a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. For each additional person we charge €75 per week.
- After departure, we arrange the final cleaning of your accommodation. For final cleaning and the use of bed linen we charge a one-time fee:
- €85 for safari tents
- €95 for apartments
- €95 for nature cabins
- Each booking request is confirmed by email.
- The down payment is 40% of the total rental amount (rent and additional costs). The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 weeks before the start of the rental period. In case of late payment, we will first send a reminder by email. If the remaining amount has not been paid by 8 weeks before the start of the rental period, we are entitled to cancel the reservation. Paid amounts will not be refunded. The cancellation conditions remain fully applicable.
- We advise you to arrange your own cancellation and travel insurance.
- Pets are not allowed in our accommodations during high season. In pre and after seasons, pets are allowed in the safari tents only, always subject to prior consultation. Cost: €5 per pet per night.
Cancellation by the Tenant
- Cancellation more than 20 weeks before arrival
You pay 10% of the total rental amount, with a maximum of €150. - Cancellation from 20 weeks before arrival until the day of arrival
The full rental amount will be charged. - Shortening of the stay
Shortening your stay is considered a partial cancellation. Costs are calculated based on the originally reserved period. - No exceptions
No special conditions apply for pandemics, wars, or other (global) events. Our cancellation policy remains unchanged in all cases. - Advice
We strongly recommend taking out good travel and cancellation insurance to avoid unexpected disappointments and costs.

Accommodations
- Beds are made upon arrival
- Kitchen linen is provided
- Bath towels are provided in the nature cabins and apartments. For the safari tents, bath towels can be rented for €8 per person. This includes a set of two large bath towels. Please note: these are not beach or pool towels.
- Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request (subject to availability)
- All accommodations are non-smoking
- Apartments and nature cabins are pet-free
- Pets are allowed in safari tents during low and shoulder seasons only, subject to prior consultation; not allowed in high season
Peace & Respect for the Environment
Guests must be considerate of others; nuisance (such as loud music) is not allowed.
Quiet hours on the premises: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Guests are expected to separate their waste correctly and to follow the applicable waste disposal rules on the premises. In this way, we take care of the environment and surroundings together.
Other Conditions
- Visiting guests must always be reported and may not stay overnight without explicit permission from the landlord.
- The tenant may not sublet or make the accommodation available to others under any circumstances.
- It is not permitted to occupy/use the accommodations with more than 4 or 5 persons (depending on the accommodation), unless prior written permission has been obtained from the landlord.
- Upon arrival, the tenant shall inspect the accommodation and report any damage and/or defects. Any damage or required repairs during the stay must be reported immediately. The landlord has the right to inspect the accommodation during the rental period if there is reasonable suspicion of improper use.
- The house rules present in the accommodations are an integral part of the rental agreement and must be strictly followed.
- Use of playground equipment, the swimming pool, and the premises is at the guest’s own risk. The same applies to being around animals.
- Tenants must possess a valid passport or ID card upon arrival and during the stay.
- If a preference for a specific safari tent or nature cabin is indicated at the time of booking, we will do our utmost to meet this preference, but cannot guarantee it. We reserve the right to change tent and cabin numbers/locations.
Liability
- During your stay, you as tenant are fully responsible for the accommodation, its furnishings, and all related items. Damage caused by you and/or your fellow travelers must be fully compensated. We reserve the right to hold the tenant liable even after the rental period if damage has not been paid or properly compensated. All associated costs are borne by the tenant named in the rental agreement.
- The landlord cannot be held liable for loss and/or theft of valuables left in the accommodations or on the premises, nor for damage to cars parked on the premises.
- The landlord is not liable for damage and/or injury suffered by tenants/users of the accommodations (including any guests of the tenant). The tenant indemnifies the landlord against all damage and/or injury caused to third parties. Use of the facilities at Casa Bonta is entirely at the tenant’s own risk.
- The landlord is not liable for accidents in the accommodation, around animals, on the premises, including the swimming pool.
- The landlord is not liable for damage resulting from natural events, natural disasters, attacks, strikes, acts of violence, or accidents. If the landlord is liable for loss of rental enjoyment, compensation is limited to a maximum of the rental amount. In cases of force majeure, no refund can be claimed.
Photos and Videos
For our website and social media channels, we regularly create visual material of our premises, accommodations, swimming pool, and activities. If the tenant indicates upon arrival that they prefer not to appear in such material, the landlord will ensure this preference is respected.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of €300 per stay is required for our accommodations. This deposit must be transferred to our bank account no later than 5 days before arrival (we will send an email).
After departure, the accommodation will be checked for damage. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage has been found.
Note: The deposit is intended to cover major damage to the accommodation or inventory. Minor damage or normal wear and tear, such as a broken glass, plate, or small household item, will not be deducted.
