At Casa Bonta, we offer a weekly yoga class in the early morning, depending on interest. Our experienced yoga instructor guides adults through a calming session while the tranquility and coolness of the morning envelop the grounds. This serene start to the day helps you fully relax and balance your energy.

Additionally, in summer, during peak-season, she organizes a special activity for children that combines yoga with nature exploration. The kids embark on an adventure, discovering the nature around them and learning about peace and focus through play. It’s a wonderful way to strengthen both body and mind for young and old alike.
