The following applies for our accommodations:

*	The prices of the apartments and lodge tents are based on an occupation by a maximum of 4 people. We charge € 50,- extra per week for every additional person.
*	The beds are made in every accommodation. After departure, we clean the accommodation. For bedsheets and cleaning, we charge € 70,- for the apartments and € 50,- for the lodge tents.
*	If you stay for longer than one week, you can exchange your used bedsheets for clean sheets for € 5,- per person.
*	Bath and kitchen towels are not included. If necessary, these are available for € 7,50 per person per week.
*	In peak season (mid June until mid September), the changeover day for the lodge tents is exclusively on Saturday. Outside peak season, the changeover day is on Wednesday and Saturday, with a minimum stay of at least 3 days. We rent out the apartments per week, the changeover day is exclusively on Saturday. For the weeks 28 to 35 we like to book for 2 weeks, this for organizational reasons. In these weeks are the 1 week options available but limited.
*	On the day of your arrival, you can use your accommodation from 16:00.
*	On the day of your departure, we would appreciate it if you left before 10:00.
*	We have highchairs and cots available, please book in advance (subject to availability).
*	Our accommodations are smoke-free.
*	Pets are not allowed in our accommodations during peak season. Outside peak season, pets are allowed in agreement.
*	If necessary, any heating costs will be charged. Firewood is available for free.

*	You pay 50% when booking, the remainder 8 weeks before arrival.
*	During your stay in the apartment and/or tent, as a tenant you are fully liable for the accommodation, the layout and all items belonging to the rented object. Damage caused by you and/or your fellow travelers will have to be fully reimbursed to the lessor. Casa Bontá is entitled a priori to hold the tenant liable also after the rental period, if the damage has not been paid or has not been payed properly. All related costs are for the account of the tenant.
*	Ending your stay prematurely will be considered as a partial cancellation. You will be charged the entire initial booked stay.
*	When canceling more than 20 weeks prior to arrival, you will be refunded your payment, minus € 30,- administration costs. When canceling less than 20 weeks prior to arrival, the entire cost is charged. We advice you to get a travel cancellation insurance plan.
